|A trusted and energetic leader, Leigh Anne fell in love with Northwest Arkansas as soon as she arrived on campus at the University of Arkansas in 1989. While serving as a member of Pi Beta Phi she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management. Shortly after graduation she took the position of receptionist at Lindsey and Associates in Fayetteville. Unbeknownst to her, Leigh Anne’s journey into the realm of real estate had begun.
Leigh Anne soon realized that she had found the career where she belonged. Her determination and strong work ethic led her to become the youngest Vice President of Lindsey and Associates and eventually to the position of Senior Vice President. Then taking a huge calculated risk, Leigh Anne founded Beck Haus Realtors in 2011 as owner and principal broker. Her risk paid off as she grew her office from being the only licensed agent to a boutique agency with a niche market with multiple agents utilizing her unparalleled experience as a driving resource.
The success of Beck Haus was quickly noticed. In November of 2014, Leigh Anne was approached by Weichert Realtors The Griffin Company with a mutual beneficial proposal. Beck Haus had the Fayetteville presence that Weichert wanted. Weichert had the tools, systems, and training that Leigh Anne was seeking.
Leigh Anne’s infectious energy and leadership was immediately recognized. Upon the merger of Beck Haus Realtors and Weichert Realtors The Griffin Company in February of 2015, she was established as Executive Broker and Manager of Business Development & Recruiting for the Fayetteville office. Her genuine positivity and extensive knowledge have contributed largely to the success of continuous growth for the Weichert Fayetteville office. She still strives to uphold the principles that she learned early on in real estate that mesh beautifully with the culture of Weichert Realtors The Griffin Company thus providing both her agents and clients a rewarding real estate experience while educating them along the way and building lasting relationships.
